How it all began

In 2019, kitchen and bath designer Scott Trainor found himself immersed in a complex proposal for a client. He spent countless hours searching for the perfect budget-friendly products, doing detailed calculations, and painstakingly copying and pasting details into Excel. And all of this was done before the bid was even accepted, leaving him less time and money to actually do the job.

Scott was determined to find a better way. After not finding any proposal builders that met the unique needs of his kitchen and bath business, he reached out to software development company, Echobind. Together, they realized that there was a huge opportunity to help other kitchen and bath professionals transform the way they managed proposals, and Clerestory was born.
